Learning and Development Staff

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in psychology, human resources, business managment or equivalent
2. Have certifivation such as CPLP would be a plus
3. Min. 3 years experiences in training & development program from hotel management or F&B company
4. Strong skills to implement various learning method ( e.g coaching, seminars, online training )
5. Able to plan and implement an effective training curriculum, modules & sylabus
6. Passionate about helping people learn & grow
7. Have experience designing e learning courses & managing budgets

Job Descriptions:
- Should be passionate about helping people learn & grow. Excellent communication skills are essential
- Ultimatelly you will help our company succeed by training and development its poeple
- Oversee day to day L7D operations
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses in L&D Department Analyze, evaluate, review and improve polices and business processes in L&D Department
- Analyze, create, plan and implement and organizational development needs
- Develop innovate, design, and implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) both online and offline
- Assess, analyze, and evaluate the success of development plans and help employess make the most of learning opportunities
- Build relationships with 3rd party training providers design staple curriculums for all employess
